ASCHIEF: The Return & Refund Protocol

This is not fashion.
This is initiation.
And yet — in rare cases when an artifact does not resonate — a return may be requested.

We do not offer refunds.
We offer resolution — through precise steps, strict condition, and time-bound rituals.

⏳ The Window of Return

You have 30 days from the moment of receipt to initiate a return request. Beyond that, the window closes — and the artifact becomes part of your story, permanently.

🔐 Return Conditions (Strict Protocol)

To be accepted, the returned artifact must:

  • Remain unworn, unused, and untouched by ritual.

  • Have all original tags and be enclosed in its sacred packaging.

  • Be accompanied by the original proof of purchase — the transaction seal.

🕯 Initiation of Return

To begin the return ritual, contact us:

You will be given:

  • A return shipping label

  • Exact instructions for preparing and sending the package

  • A return address [to be inserted here by ASCHIEF Operator]

Note: Items sent without prior approval will be silently rejected.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Artifacts

Examine the artifact upon arrival.
If it is flawed, fractured, or foreign to what you ordered — contact us immediately.
Your voice will be heard. A resolution will be orchestrated.

⛔️ Non-Returnable Artifacts (Exceptions to the Code)

The following cannot be returned, under any circumstance:

  • Perishables (e.g. flowers, food, living plants)

  • Personalized or customized artifacts

  • Beauty and personal care items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards and items marked Final Sale

When in doubt, ask — before you attempt to return.

🔁 Exchange Doctrine

If you seek something else:
Return the original item (if eligible).
Once accepted, perform a new purchase separately.

There is no direct exchange — only a rebirth.

🇪🇺 For the Chosen in the European Union

In alignment with EU law, if your order ships into the EU, you hold the right to cancel or return your item within 14 days, no explanation required.

Conditions remain sacred:

  • Unused, unworn, tags intact

  • Original packaging sealed

  • Receipt must be provided

💰 Refund Ritual

Once we receive and inspect your returned artifact, you’ll be informed of your refund status.

If accepted:

  • A full refund will be released to your original payment method

  • This occurs within 10 business days
